Applaud Property Management places the highest priority on customer service and building relationships to ensure that your apartment building is managed to the best standard. This means that we engage regularly with Resident Management Company Directors, providing updates on financial matters, legal requirements and maintenance works. This would also include the professional supervision of planned projects, large or small such as new roofs, exterior and interior decoration and car park resurfacing. Smaller works could include the renewal of car park line markings or signage around the building. We listen to our clients to make sure that service delivery meets expectations, both on standards and finance.

All residents are important to us and are able to report communal areas maintenance issues. We regularly visit the sites we manage so it is likely that you will see one of our property managers walking around, ensuring that maintenance matters are dealt with swiftly, before an issue arises.

If you are buying or selling your property, we are there for you in order to provide you with the support you need, whether this be documentation or assisting your solicitor with a prompt response to enquiries.
